• Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) apply.
• Advance deposit required; full payment before dispatch.

6. Lead Times and Delivery

Estimated timelines are provided post-confirmation. Delays due to external factors are not our responsibility.

7. Confidentiality

All client data, formulations, and designs are treated as confidential. NDAs can be signed upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages or misuse of products. Clients are responsible for verifying design and labeling accuracy.

9. Returns and Claims

All sales are final. Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects. Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be resolved in Nepali courts.
